Our Saturday Appointments.
To ensure we can continue providing every patient with the time, care and attention they deserve, we are introducing a deposit for all new Saturday appointments, effective 15 September, 2026.
Our Saturdays are highly sought after, and when an appointment is cancelled or not attended, it impacts the valuable time reserved by both our Clinical Team and Patient Experience Team.
These appointments require dedicated preparation and are often difficult to fill at short notice.
To help us protect this time and continue delivering the highest standard of patient care, the following deposits will apply:
$75 deposit – Filler appointments
$50 deposit – All other appointments (treatments)
Your deposit is non refundable, secures your appointment and helps us respectfully reserve that time especially for you.
We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
This small change allows us to better honour the time of our team while ensuring we can continue to offer our patients the exceptional experience and care they have come to expect from us.
Existing Saturday appointments booked prior to Sept 15 2026, will be honoured under the previous booking arrangements.
