In the past, I have worked in corporate settings, remote Australian communities and overseas; across health, infrastructure, education and science. I love being part of the Del Mar team; where I get to help create a lasting positive impact within the community. Grounded by a deep love for my family and the natural world, I find clarity and joy in camping, fishing, swimming, and quietly watching trees do what they’ve always done.

Hi, I’m John, CEO of Del Mar Aesthetics. While I’m rarely on the clinic floor, my focus is on supporting the smooth flow of our clinics and expanding our services to bring Del Mar’s patient experience to more people. With over 15 years of leadership in justice, youth, and community development, I’ve led high impact programs across state and local government, specialising in multidisciplinary team management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering meaningful outcomes for communities. I’m passionate about building systems and teams that empower our clinicians to deliver exceptional care, and I feel incredibly proud to contribute to the growth and success of Del Mar. When I’m not working behind the scenes, you’ll find me exploring ways to improve our clinics, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Del Mar Aesthetics is something I built from the ground up; shaped by my background as a registered nurse and my belief that aesthetics should always be led by safety, integrity, and genuine care. From the very beginning, my vision was to create a clinic that felt different. A space where patients were truly listened to, educated, and supported, and where results were natural, refined, and never driven by trends. My nursing background has influenced every part of Del Mar, from our uncompromising safety standards to the way we approach treatment planning and long term skin health. As a mother (of six), I understand the many stages of womanhood and how important it is to feel confident in your skin through each chapter of life. I’ve always taken a holistic approach to aesthetics; considering not just facial anatomy, but lifestyle, wellbeing, and individuality. This philosophy has remained at the core of Del Mar as it has grown, and it’s reflected in the trusted team and loyal community we have today. Del Mar Aesthetics is more than a business to me; it is a reflection of my values and the years of dedication that went into building something meaningful and lasting. While others may draw inspiration from what we’ve created, Del Mar remains grounded in its original purpose: delivering aesthetic care with heart, experience, and clinical excellence. Though over the past few years I have been in the background (unable to work, after a life changing back injury), I’m incredibly proud of what Del Mar has become, a place where people feel safe, seen, and confident, and where the results speak quietly for themselves.

Hey, I'm Garbielle, and I have been a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. I now practice as a Nurse Practitioner and cosmetic injector with over 6 years' experience in aesthetic medicine. After training in advanced anti ageing techniques in Canterbury, I developed a strong focus on delivering natural looking results aligned with each client’s individual goals.

I have also worked extensively in wound care, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), surgical support, stoma therapy and PEG management; with a strong focus on patient education. I’ve also been published in peer reviewed journals, presented at national conferences, and remain committed to ongoing education in this evolving field.

I truly believe aesthetic treatments should enhance natural beauty while supporting confidence and overall wellbeing. I’m proud to work with the Del Mar Aesthetics team, ensuring we meet Queensland Health regulations and continue providing safe, exceptional care.
